  • Love!! Gary the concierge has been there for 16 years at least. Once I drove from Chicago and got lost on the turnpike...I was in a time crunch and frantic .... He stayed on the phone with me and directed me to the hotel! I just finished my 3rd stay with them and I am positive the hotel is better because he is part of it!!
