  • Grouchy John's is my ideal coffee shop. I love that they are very active w/ their customers within the shop and also on FaceBook. They may have other social media outlets but I only follow them on FB. When your in the shop, staff will actually check on you to make sure your drinks and eats are to your liking or even if you'd like a glass of water. I personally haven't seen a counter service type place treat their customers this way. Which is what puts them ahead of the rest! On FaceBook, they are funny to follow! From Geoff the gnome to Flag Salute guy and even encouraging baby Gracie. If they have a new drink coming out they will give you the details and ask for suggestions on a name. At Halloween time they have a vote for a costume for JJ to wear! Such a cool place!! I just wish it was on my route more often so I can support them more! :)
