  • Our dog Jerry had what we thought was a minor wound, on Sunday we noticed it was much worse and looked like it was getting infected, so we took him in. They were clearly very busy when we arrived but they were upfront and did tell us there would be a wait. The office was very clean and accommodating; the staff was super friendly and apologized for the wait and thanked us for our patience, once it was our turn to be seen. Jerry needed to be sedated and have the wound tended to, bottom line they were wonderful, I felt secure leaving him in their hands as they definitely oozed care and knowledge for the animals coming in. This was just yesterday so if I can remember I will give an update. Would totally recommend UrgentVet, they were fantastic! UPDATE: The wound was very deep and about the size of a nickle, it was left open to heal from the inside out, 10 days later the wound is almost completely filled in and scabbed over and he is doing GREAT! So thankful to have such a caring staff to help our little 9lb buddy!
