  • I just moved in here about a month ago from Mesa! I heard about this complex from a friend that also lives here. I couldn't be happier to have picked this place. For a one bedroom, I'm getting 869 sq ft and am paying less than a $1 per square foot :). They were built in 2004, so everything is like-new, and up-to-date. Huge spaces including the kitchen and even a separate room for laundry/storage. In the front office, Beverly is great to speak with, she's very friendly and has helped with any questions I had. In short: 1. Quiet and safe neighborhood 2. Two pools with two hot tubs 3. Sand volleyball area next to an off the leash dog area 4. Big, newer apartments for great price 5. Ceiling fans 6. Gated community 7. Near tons of shopping plazas I can see myself living here much longer than just a year! *update: the girls in the front office are amazing, and they work well with everyone! They typically call me back within 24 hours, and maintenance usually is on top of any request. - the speed bumps are a bummer as there are a ton throughout and they are pretty high- go slow!
