  • Great service, clean and comfortable establishment with a quiet (believe it or not) shopping experience every time. Been shopping here for almost a year now. In that time I've had to order items online, load huge boxes into my truck, and i have asked approx. A million questions - and each team member went the extra mile to help me out no matter what i needed. They are all kind and patient people...very nice. The products you can find there are usually priced the best because a lot of their stuff seems to be available exclusively through their company. But i must say their furniture is beautiful. We bought a crib/changing table and a 5-drawer dresser for our baby's room. Of course we had to buy all of the adorable accoutrements to accent his room, as well. All expensive, but all with it to see the look of joy on my wife's gave every time she enters his room. We also bought a very expensive (yet VERY worth it) glider chair with matching ottoman. The upholstery was custom added, so the order took 8 weeks to fulfill, but MAN OH MAN if it isn't just the perfect color to match our living room. In case you're wondering, this chair may quite possibly be THE MOST COMFORTABLE chair i have ever had the pleasure of sitting on! It really melts the stress away as it hugs you gently. Okay, enough about the chair haha! The parking lot will always be a zoo, as you have many very busy stores all around Babies R Us. You may want to take an extra minute to figure out where you're going to park. There is a large loading area to park your vehicle right in front of the store. This came in handy for me when loading almost 1,000lbs into the flat bed of a pickup. As stated earlier, the Babies R Us staff was right there helping me load and secure my packages. This is not the first Babies R Us I've been to, but i am very happy to have this particular location close to me.
