The Melting Pot is amazing but just make sure you allow enough time to eat if you have plans after. Dinner can take anywhere from 2-3 hours. We were there for 2 hours and 45 minutes and there was always food in front of us. So, Wednesday's is the day to go in my opinion because you can build a 4 course wine flight for $10! So you get a different 3oz wine pour each course. It looked more like a 5 oz pour to be honest. Make sure you make a reservation!
The ordering process can be confusing if you've never been here before but the wait staff does a great job explaining it. You pick your cheese course which comes with unlimited bread, apples, carrots and cauliflower for dipping. The cheese course is actually my favorite! You can opt out of the salad portion if you like but I really enjoy both of their salads. The house salad comes with a nice tangy dressing and I load up on the garlic and wine seasoning. That stuff is amazing! It's so amazing I bought some to bring home! Next comes the entree. You have to choose a cooking style and your proteins. It comes with unlimited sides of mushrooms, potatoes, squash and broccoli . Not to mention an array of dipping sauces. My favorite is filling the mushroom caps with the green goddess! Yum! Final course is dessert. I think that's a lot of people's favorite. You pick the chocolate and they provide you with all sorts of delicious treats for dipping. I've never had a bad meal here. I will be back! Can't wait to check them out during restaurant week to get a great deal !
