My friend decided she wanted to go, while I wanted to go to the gym. SO, I had to go hiking. (go figure)
I am so glad I went hiking. This was THE hardest workout. Intense, and perfect. Uphill, downhill, stairs, stones, perfection. After completing the hike in 1 hour and 26 minutes, with several, "I need a minute to stop and breathe," coming from my friend. I decided I wanted to come back the next day after my morning gym workout. This time I finished it in 1 hour and 17 minutes.
Loved this hike. I plan on coming every weekend.
