  • Thank you Rhonda for your excellent customer service. You have always been extremely nice and professional. Today you stepped up when Steve, the rude and lazy guy in the red vest was showing his true colors. I was prepared to walk out without my groceries because of Steve's abhorrent behavior, until I talked to you and you listened, apologized on the behalf of Costco and took care of the simple issue. Steve, on the other hand, instead of trying to help me solve a simple issue, simply stated "you can't do that" and stood there like the ASS he is. He needs to be taken out of the red vest and put somewhere away from the customers. Costco needs more people like Rhonda in management and as role models for the rest of the staff.
