  • Called and asked if they had what I wanted (La Quercia Guanciale), I was told by a very pleasant and informed soundindg woman that they had 2 large pieces. THEY DID NOT and I drove well over 40 miles roundtrip for NOTHING! Very unlikely that I will ever return, wasted 2 hours of my time and about $10 in gas.
