After meeting with them long in advance, I was called less than 48 hours before my wedding to tell me that they had lost my order information and all they had written down was the date of my wedding and that I was wearing a green gown. After explaining to them that I was not wearing a green gown--and reviewing all of my order information AGAIN--I requested it in writing as I was concerned since they had lost it ONCE they would lose it again. No response.
When I called to remind them to send my request--I received the most horrific customer service. They should have been deeply apologetic and accommodating given their mistakes and instead they were unprofessional, unapologetic, and quite frankly rude. I would not recommend working with them.
