  • Starbucks FAIL! Six employees, not one looked up to say "hello" or even to say "we'll be right with you." They all saw me, and mind you it wasn't busy- drive thru or walk-in. I came in, first in line, no one waiting and they just looked at me.... Yup they just all looked up. And there was this one employee refilling the cup Customer service FAIL!!!!
