| - After three seperate cars of ours to this locations, it's pretty safe to say all they want to do is lie to sell you tires. First vehicle we took in with 15k on its tires but went for a break check, not tires. They tried to sell us tires for a specific reason. Didn't buy either. Second vehicle with only 14k miles total on car, we went for oil change. They sold us tires. Third vehicle with 9k miles and 8 months old went in with a nail in center of tire. Left for repair and they found out it was a Wheels cooperate vehicle and called and gave wheels some lie about the tire and nails placement, and talked them in to replacing a perfectly fine tire. They also fed Wheels a few other lies about repairs that need to be done to an 8 month old new Fird Explorer and Wheels told then no. Such sleaze practice all to make a dollar. I myself own a franchise, and your name is all you get and you must protect it! Took initial first vehicle in again this week with a nail in center of rear tire and they give us an entire different reason that the truck needed new tires than the spill they gave us two months before. My husband bought four new tires and gave them direction to save one old one for a spare. They then called me to try to talk me into to also purchasing a new spare and going around my husband and what he told them to do. Once again, very sleaze ethics. While there, they broke the cap on the tire and said it was already broken. When picking the car up, I opened the back to see if they had left one of the old tires as instructed, and the wheel feel out and hit me and crushed my foot. They obviously have a mission to sell tires by means of feeding you lies about the condition of your tires. Will never go back! You have to remember the stories of why you pitching for new products sales that way when customer comes back two months later, your not giving a different story! No on to the Better Business and Franchisor to share my stories, as I'm certain this was part of the new owner training processes to have top sells and earn that yearly incentive trip!!!! As a business owner, you have to let integrity drive your sales, as its then you Will meet your numbers.
