| - Disclosures: this is the first and only nightclub I've been to and I was not a big fan of nightclubs to start with, so I won't be able to compare. This is just my impression.
When me and my 3 friends got there around 2am on Saturday, we waited outside for about 5-10min and paid a 6$ cover charge each. The cover charge wasn't indicated anywhere. We were only told how much it was at the door.
Inside, theres a mandatory coat check that cost 1.50$.
The bar had almost no wait time. A shot was 4$ each or 12$ for 5.
The music was a reasonable volume and the dance floor was fairly large. The music consists of clichéd club music from the 2000s. Actually, I feel like the entire place is a big cliché. It seemed very sleazy to me. Guys kept grabbing me or my friends and honestly, we were wearing jeans and t-shirts with big winter boots (it was an impromptu stop). In fact, the whole thing felt gross and kind of immature.
The place itself was a little dingy, but maybe that was the feel they were going for. I made the mistake of putting my hand on a table and it was covered with about a 2cm of sticky liquid.
One of the things I did like is that on the second floor, theres a lot less people and you can sit there, take a break and watch the dancers situated on the first floor.
All in all, I really didn't enjoy my experience, but I'm not certain whether that's because of this particular place or if it's because I'm just not made for nightclubs.
