| - Such a fun and different way to work out! I took the Sunday afternoon class with Nikki, who is extremely fun and supportive. She gave good constructive criticism throughout the class. For the first half of the class (30min) we practiced on the trampoline. It was my first time so I learned the basic jumps and drops. Other individuals that have been coming here for awhile practiced walking on the wall, body twists, and more advanced drops. The latter half of the class (30min) was the bootcamp part of the class. We all got to work at our own pace. Exercises included: push-ups, pull-ups, bear and crab walks, crunches, starfish crunches, jump rope on the gymnastics beam, and squats with resistant bands. Would definitely come again, so I can jump on the trampoline.
This gymnasium is very spacious and they have everything from ropes to hoops to gymnastic beams. If you stick around, you'll be lucky to catch some acrobatic performers practicing. The level of skill that I witnessed was similar to that seen at a cirque de soleil show on the strip! Really cool atmosphere and everyone is super friendly here!
