  • I have always come to this carwash and have always praised their service. There are other car washes closer to my home, but I drive out of my way about twenty minutes to come here. Today I am sitting here waiting for over thirty minutes for my car, which still hasn't come through. I went inside to ask the manager what was going on. He said the tunnels been stuck twice. In the meantime I see other cars that arrived after mine going through. I said I didn't understand why my car had been sitting on the other side as others went through and his explanation was short and rude. Sorry Jackson's- you just lost a very loyal customer.
