  • My go-to to get my matcha fix! Been here a handful of times and tried most things on the menu. I highly recommend the Kinako Kuromitsu (black honey) Matcha Latte if you like complex flavours. It's sweet, salty and also a little savoury - a taste that I've come to crave. The O-Matcha (ceremonial grade, plain matcha) is also very creamy, rich and flavourful. A great option for those who want to stay away from dairy. As for cold drinks, the Ice Blended Matcha is great - my replacement for Starbucks' Green Tea Frappe because it's less sweet and has more of a matcha taste (rather than that melon-y syrup taste in the frap). The Matcha float is similar (I think it's the same thing with some soft serve on top), but tastes a lot creamier. The Tsujiri Shaved Ice is probably my most favourite thing on the menu - the ice and matcha flavour blend really well and is super refreshing, and I love the little mochi's and red bean toppings. Go for Yuzu if you want something more like a fruity, citrussy slush, or houjicha (tastes like bitter, roasted matcha). I was told by one of the servers that houjicha is the go-to for pregnant women who want less caffeine :)
