| - I first met one of the Dr. Dumaplins when my first daughter was born, he seems an alright guy on the surface? I went to Twin Pediatrics for my baby's first visit, I gave them all my insurance information and completed the visit. Because of location, I chose a pediatrician closer to my home in Peoria. Fast forward a few months, they send me a bill, for several hundred dollars with no insurance info. I called them, they said, "we don't have your insurance info for the bill," I gave them my name but not my insurance details, which they said they already had in the system. The bill was never sent to insurance, even though they had the information, I contacted my insurance company, and the bill was not sent to them, yet Twin Pediatrics states they sent it to the insurance company. They continue to send me bills which they never sent to the my insurance company. It seems to me, they are being dishonest with the intent to make more money, I'm glad I only interacted with them twice, I can't even imagine how difficult it would be if I went to them multiple times.
