  • I've used this nursery a few times before and have had pleasant experiences, plus their planting crew did a fabulous job when they recently planted some mature citrus trees for us. Based on this experience I arranged for one of their consultants to come out to our home to provide some suggestions on plants and trees. Nice young guy, but I think he may have thought we were made of money. The quote came in at $9,000! That did include all planting, staking and a 1 year warranty, however it was definitely sticker shock and way over our budget. On top of that he added a bunch of additional plants (Italian Cyprus) that he said would look good along our driveway ... like coming home after being away for a long time at the battle!!?? The only thing that was under assault was our wallet. We felt we were being up-sold on things we hadn't even discussed. For the time being this project is on the back burner until we can shop out alternative nurseries/pricing.
