I stumbled on this place for the buy 2 get 1 service 50% off. I will say there is a language barrier here. I called the salon to schedule an appointment for both a eyebrow wax and tint. I go in there and the lady waxes my eyebrows and I tell her I want the tint. She acted confused and did not seem to understand the word 'tint' then once she figured it out , she old me that the lady who does the tinting wasn't scheduled for that today and to come back the next day. Oh well, i wasn't in a dire need to tint my eyebrows anyways. A month later I called and made an appointment just for the tint. That same lady takes me back and starts preparing the wax for my eyebrows. No... I didn't ask for a wax, I asked for a tint!! Ughh Luckily the lady that does the tinting was there that time! The tinting lady: while tinting my eye brows she was answering the stores phone calls... Isn't the person at the front desk suppose to be doing that? Since she was doing so many things at the same time,I was worried that she was going to mess up the color! Miraculously, my eyebrows turned out ok! Wow... What an adventure, unless they get organized, I think I would rather pay the extra money to get my services elsewhere!
