  • I broke my old Vitamix by leaving a spoon in it. I called Vitamix, and they said my machine was still under warranty. They made it easy to send it into them. They fixed it and upgraded my broken chopper at no charge, and the machine was back within 5 days. Stunning customer service. So glad that each of my kids got Vitamixes when they got married. I can't say enough good things about their product AND their customer service!
