  • I had a horrible experience with this company. They said they would be out before the install to mark where the trees would go as well as confirm the amount of rick we would need since they took the original measurements off of Google maps. I had to keep calling to get them to come back out and confirm the rock. I called twice to confirm the installation date since I had to take off of work. On the day of the installation, no one called or showed up. After talking to 3 different people I was told they were behind but would be doing my job that day. Five hours later they still hadn't called or showed up. They would not return phone calls so my husband had to physically drive down there to have someone tell him what was going on. Their response to us was they had no idea where their installation guy was and they could put us on the schedule for the next day or just refund our money. After waiting 3 weeks for our job to happen, their response was they have no idea where their employees are and they'll just give us our money back!!!! Not to mention no one even came out to mark where the trees were supposed to go so even if they had come out the next day, no one would know where to put anything. They just simply said, we'll give you the flags and you can just mark it yourself. I'm blown away by the lack of communication, consideration and customer service. I took the refund and will never spend a penny with this company. Do not waste your time or money. You will get screwed over.
