  • Honestly the worst piercing service I've ever had. Customer service was not great, they were impolite and arrogant off the top but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Immediately regretted that decision. I decided to get my nipple pierced and the associate piercing me seemed nice enough. I had to tell him a few times to remark the exit hole because I felt it was too far back and would make my nipple look uneven. Finally after getting it positioned where I wanted it, he pierces me WHERE HE ORIGINALLY MARKED THE EXIT HOLE AND NOT WHERE I HAD SPECIFICALLY MARKED FOR IT TO BE. If there was an issue with the positioning of the piercing I wish he had explained it to me instead of just blatantly disregarding me. I did my best to try and make it work but it just didn't look right at all. I took it out a few days later. Waste of my time and money. I went to new tribe right across the street about a month ago and they pierced both my nipples exactly how I wanted, explained everything in full detail and did it for a better price. Save yourself the time and money and go anywhere but adrenaline.
