  • What an amazing dining experience!!! I had visited Cibo prior to the change and thought it was good, but now it is awesome. My wife, three friends, and I visited cibo over the weekend and can't stop talking about it. As a group, we decided to eat family style, so everyone could try everything we ordered, and it al was GREAT!!! We couldn't decide which dishes were our favorites!! But I will say the mussels appetizer is still tantalizing my tastebuds. My cream sauce was amazing, and I just wanted to bath in it. Dipping the wonderful grilled Texas toast in the sauce...words can't even describe. We also tried many of the entrees, butternut squash raviolis, porcini pappardelle, lamb, rabbit, & the chicken (which chef Jen sent out complimentary). All 5 were awesome!!! It's really hard to determine which was best, but if I forced I'd say it was the raviolis. It was also a wonderful touch that chef Jen came and sat at our table and chatted with us for a while. The staff was very attentive and provided wonderful service. Thank you Cibo for a wonderful night out
