  • I've had Sears Vacations for about two years now and every single time I call they tell me there are no hotels available in the desired area on the desired dates. I've tried to cancel multiple times and I just get transferred around to different departments and end up being on hold for an hour and they close before I can even talk to someone... Last time I called to book a trip and they told me nothing was available. I then told them I wanted to cancel and talk to customer service. I sat on a 20 minute hold and when the hold was over, the phone was answered by the SAME exact sales representative!!! They literally just transfer you through loops holes. I'm paying hundreds of dollars monthly and I've never used it because they've never had anything available. I'm convinced It's a complete scam. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR SEARS VACATIONS!!!!
