  • Ugh, the day you realize your air conditioner has taken its last spin in the Arizona summer. I made it through the night and called Croffoot heating and air the next day. Susie was great. They explained to me the pricing and gave me 3 different options to choose from. The proposal was very well written so I could determine what would best fit my needs. Even after random questions I emailed her, I got responses right away. Kirk, who installed the unit, did a great job and even came out the next day to fix a couple more things to get my unit up to perfection. Thanks to the Croffoot's for a seamless process and getting my home back to normal as soon as possible.
