rev:text	It's difficult to impress me with an auto mechanic, but Professional Brake Service was awesome. When I called I was greeted by Craig. He was personable and nice and happy to help with my brake situation. I let him know that I was at the dealership while on the phone with him, and they were quoting me what I thought was a really high price. Craig took some information and then quoted me a much more reasonable price. I had some questions, just wanted to make sure everything was of good quality and not cheap parts. Craig assured me that the brake pads were the same ones my car manufacturer recommends aside from the manufacturer parts. He then went over the specs of them and assured me they would be the same if not better. He also let me know that they could do it the same day as long as I got there within the next 2 hours. I got there within 45 minutes and Craig was assisting another customer. While assisting the other customer (on the phone) he recognized my car outside from the description I gave him earlier and actually started all the paperwork! When he was finished on the phone he greeted me by name, had all the paperwork done, and let me know what the process would be. He called me when he found out that everything was as we discussed and just needed my approval. I approved and he had everything done within an hour and a half, exceeding his quote and my expectations. Thank you to Craig and the team at Professional Brake Service. My brakes feel great and everything was done with kindness and professionalism.
