  • I get a good haircut here but they are very bad about keeping appointments. I book my appointments a month or more in advance and they frequently call to change it a day or two before, telling me with no explanation that my stylist suddenly won't be available and I have to wait a week or even longer to get my haircut. This is extremely inconvenient and aggravating, especially when I have booked a cut on a specific date for a special occasion, as it leaves me with hardly any time to make alternate plans prior to the event. I really don't understand why they treat their customers so poorly with respect to scheduling. It's like my time is not as important as their stylists' time?? What's that about?? Even my doctors are better at respecting appointments than this place. I think this last time rescheduling me was the final straw, I feel like they really don't care about me at all so I have no choice but to find a new salon.
