Less than three months after I buy my brand new car, some distracted (texting maybe?) millennial rear-ends me when traffic stops on the 51!
Oh well, at least I get to review Bell Ford's Collision Center now.
After the accident, I drove my wrecked car strait to Bell Ford. The repairs took about two weeks. During that time, they were communicative and always kept me up to date on the status of the repair work. They used all OEM parts, and the repair work was done well. Their Collision Center service people are as helpful and friendly as their new car sales people. Again, this speaks to corporate culture, and Bell Ford has cultivated that well.
I hadn't even had my first oil change yet. :) Heads up, my review of Progressive Insurance (the guy who hit me's company) WON'T be as nice.
Anyway, if you have a nice new Ford and a phone-happy millennial bashes in the back of it because he's too busy updating his Facebook status to drive his car, yes I would totally recommend Bell Ford do the repairs.
