  • We just moved into our new apartment and we love it, the high ceilings with the molding on the trim , the walls are painted a nice tan or cream color instead of white, great paint job as well. The bathrooms each have big garden tubs and they are so deep and wonderful to soak in. The washing machine and dryer are great ,I can wash a big load of laundry and the dryer doesn't take to long to dry all my clothes, just wished they folded and put them away, lol. The pool is Awesome ! Clean and warm and a great hot tub too. They have propane grills up their if you want to cook out or charcoal near our apartment if you prefer that. They also have a nice gym, computer room and meeting room that are also available after hours. The people in the office are very friendly, helpful and have gone out of their way for us. They helped us set up to pay our rent online and we can put work orders on line ad they fix our things the next day. The maintenance man was dressed professionally and was very polite and very willing to fix our things. We are very happy with our new home at Waterford Apartments and plain on living here for quite a while.
