  • This Davids Bridal location is Horrible. If you can, go to the on on Tatum do it. The manager at the Ahwatukee location is rude and extremely short with responses. She only cares about the sale, and doesnt care if you are happy at all. The location on Tatum and Cactus is amazing. They are happy to help and actually care if you are happy. This was my experience with them. 1. I booked an appointment online. They couldn't find it. Told me I must have done it wrong. I pulled up the email confirmation and showed her. She goes, "Whoops, well we are too full so you will need to reschedule". So I did, went back in and AGAIN they could not find the appointment. This time I had printed the confirmation. They tried to send me away again. But then after I said fine, never coming back then they said they would take me. So the sales rep was with me and another bride. Lets just say at most, she spent 20 mins with us. Also, I gave her my budget, the last dress I tried on, I fell in love with it. I cried with my best friend and agreed this was the dress. The sales rep then told me it was DOUBLE my budget. Are you freaking kidding me? Worst service ever.
