Porter! What's up? Today you messed up my reservation, told me it was my fault, made me pick up a checked bag in Toronto and manually re-check it to Ottawa. In this era of technology, you can't figure out how to check a bag directly from Sault Ste Marie to Ottawa even if the reservation looks hinky?
