  • I have a yearly "Family Pass" and I get my vehicle washed at Jackson's(Danny's) about 3-4 times per week, I have had a yearly pass for nearly 10 years now and I use all of the locations and the location at Tempe Marketplace is one of the better ones. Yes, it's true, sometimes they don't do a perfect job but overall I think they do a pretty good job. I think some of the people that left bad reviews have unrealistic expectations. If you car is beat to sh*#, driving through a car wash isn't going to make it like brand new. Also, if you drive around with a pack of shaggy dogs in your car, I wouldn't expect them to spend 20-30 minutes getting all of the dog hair out. Washing your car once every 6 months isn't going to get all of the sun baked dirt and insects off, expect to wash it several times over several days, it's a process, start with a somewhat clean car and the end result is even cleaner. When I point out anything they miss they always gladly take care of it, They wash hundreds of cars each day and aren't robots. I also use the detail services regularly , I get my car hand waxed every 2-3 weeks, I get it polished every 30-60 days, get it clay barred every 6 months or so, and get it detailed every year. Again, sometimes they do a crappy job but overall I am satisfied. Some of the guys in the detail bay are excellent, some are meh. I used to use the oil change bay years ago but stopped because their prices are too damn high (more than the dealer), they stopped handing out discounts/coupons and some of the guys in the oil bays look pretty sketchy, If i'm going to pay a premium price, I'll have the dealer do it. Overall 4 out of 5 stars.
