  • After several calls from their solicitors from attending the bridal show, I decided to make an appointment here. My fiancĂ© and I walked in for our appointment and were treated like walk ins. We felt rushed during the entire the entire 15 minutes we were there. We were unable to try anything on and were encouraged to go to the website to find out what we want and the prices. I thought that is what the appointment was for! I would never return based on the service alone. We wanted a dark grey suit option and the only one they had was a Vera Wang suit for rent at the price of $270. If they're going to charge premium prices, they should treat their clients better. So we decided to stop in Rose Tuxedo Rental in Mesa and they were wonderful! Do not be fooled by the location and what the shop looks like because they have more options and nice collections as well. We got a an upgraded dark grey wool suit option (Michael Kors) for $160. And the service from Erica was stellar. Super helpful and wrote it all out for us and guided us through the process of picking out colors. Men's wearhouse is a rip off for the service they provide.
