Bell Ford 'Service' department needs to be renamed. 4 hours and $50 later I had the oil change and inspection I came in for. The service inspection was done supposedly but it couldn't be printed as the service person was having troubles with his computer and printer all week. I also needed some brake work done that was hundreds of dollars over priced and an open ended quote since of course if they get into it and there is more work well that would be $270 more. They do not inspire confidence or loyalty. The service rep also stated that if I spoke to the service manager maybe I could get him to come down in price, this shouldn't be a negotiation. Very disappointing.
