  • horrible customer service....i will never go back. i tried my daughter and myself every 12 days., faithfully. yreated like crap, the owner ken is a jerk. he does not care about customer service, i always say its easy to get buisness, its keeping it thats hard. this owner thinks his poop dont stink,and is better than everyone. also, he goes thru employees like we change our panties. he can not keep an employee, except kari, shes so sweet. i feel bad for her, ken and kari have a baby together, hes so abusive and has a leash on her, financially, so she cant go anywhere.....
