  • Great service is key to a successful business, and as importantly, experience for the clients!! Took my parents to look for new living room furniture. This was our second stop of the day. I walked in to get a wheelchair for my dad and sales associate, Rodney Alexander greeted me right away and went in back to grab the wheelchair. Instead of just handing it over to me he pushed it out personally to my car, greeted both my parents with a great smile and ready to serve! My parents felt very welcomed immediately. Rodney took the time to ask the specific questions of what my parents were looking for and was very detailed on what Walker Furniture offered and was very knowledgeable of all Walker's products. My parents had the furniture picked out within no time, thanks to Rodney's professional and sincere attention to detail and making us feel very welcomed! I have a marketing/sales background, so I notice great service immediately! Thank You Rodney Alexander for your GREAT SERVICE towards my parents and myself. I will be back to the Martin Luther King location and will ask for RODNEY ALEXANDER!!
