  • Cute clothes and jewelry, bad customer service. Wandered in here on a Friday night (I had never seen it before) and there was no music playing, furnishings were sparse, and one employee was hanging up clothes while another was doing tasks behind the register. To break the ice, I said "Hey, are you guys a new store?" A friendly question met with an icy response of "No, we've been here almost a year." Awkward silence. Ok then. I kept browsing, but felt like I was intruding on their privacy as I was the ONLY customer in the store. On my way out I was informed of a Black Friday sale, but I don't think I will be coming back after such a lackluster experience. UPDATE: I noticed they have a new location. Perhaps they have improved their service.
