  • As soon as you walk in you are greeted (and not just a fake hello, an actual hi, how are you, etc. greeting) They quickly bring you up and I LOVE that you don't have to fill out paper forms. Your initial visit they email you the forms and you fill it out from your mobile. Then they show you a break down on their computer of everything you are doing during that visit. The office has about 7 chairs and I only ever come in the morning but I've never seen this place packed. Which makes me believe that they do a good job on scheduling and getting people in and out. (Bonus, they have a basket of Fruit Snacks) --I'm starving! Shortly after they bring you to the back. All the girls are GREAT, they explain what they are going to do each step and check to make sure you feel no pain. I tend to ask a lot of questions because I enjoy learning about improving my teeth hygiene! At the end is when you pay and you'll already know your fee from when you first arrived and saw your charge break down. (WHICH is great because half the time you have no idea what you have to pay for up front!) Overall Dr. Lee and her staff are great and would highly recommend this office.
