  • I have been going to Perfect Nail for close to a year now. When they first opened I was so excited to see a nice new clean shiny nail salon in Bloor west! I have to be honest though- the service varies. I have had a great Shellac that lasts for weeks and others that chip in days. Maybe that has to do with old polish rather than skill? Maybe they have to change their polish before it dries out?? Anyway- they are always nice and they aim to be quick and efficient. The biggest let down for me is that they have let a one year old salon look like its 10 years old by not cleaning it well. I guess it is just different standards. They probably dont see the dirt. But when you go for a wax the walls and floors are GROSS. They have so many girls sitting around in between customers they should get up and clean. It would make for a better environment for them too... Also- like another reviewer here- I too sat down on a spa chair for my pedi and sat in a pile full of nail clippings. UGH. Standards of cleanliness have to be higher at nail salons..but to be fair I have seen many dirty nail salons over the years.
