  • One star is being generous. Drove through line was redicoulsly long so I walked inside figuring it'd be quicker.. Took 15 minutes for an ICED drink (should be quick because you don't have to steam the milk)! Not even busy inside. When I walked to the counter to ask about my drink, the employee sarcastically stated my drink was ready. Not very happy about the current staff. I used to come to this location before maternity leave and the previous team was much better. Oh, forgot to mention this visit caused me to be late to work. I'll go out of my way to grab my drink at a different coffee shop.
