I ordered merchandise and my card was charged over the phone. The next day I happen to Find a better deal elsewhere and I called to cancel my order. I was told it would take 10 days to refund my money. I don't know why so long but whatever. I patiently waited 3 weeks before calling to inquire where my money was and was told my sales person and manager were not there but I would receive a callback. I waited another two days and reached my sales person that told me that I would need to wait until the weekend was over until Monday when the office staff was in. I did receive my Monday call back from my sales person who then asked for my credit card info again to do the refund. I didn't say what I really wanted but here it goes , so I'm just now being asked for my information that they already should have to get a refund from a cancellation of almost a month ago. Extremely bad customer
service and I understand they were disappointed that I cancelled an order but I wasn't unhappy with the company or the service, but now they have destroyed both. Luckily I wasn't hard up for the money, but to some it was over a weeks pay that for some would be struggling for. Now I wouldn't recommend the place at all. Nice stuff but overpriced and if you change your mind after you give up some money, be prepared to wait a couple months to get it back and you need to be assertive because they will wait for you to follow up.
