  • Just got off the phone with what sounded like the owner or a manager and he was much less than helpful. I was asking about products for urinalysis and he just kept saying come down here if you want to figure it out. Then he cuts me off with the hours and continues by cutting me off with. "You know where the store is right?" Bring your business elsewhere if you want any sort of customer service. Also the last time I was in I purchased everything I was there for for less than 50% of listed price. Their markups are ridiculous and the price is determined by how much of a sucker you might be.
