Personally I think this joint should get top ramen ranking - the ramen is unquestionably amazing and there is little to no ramen-goer traffic in Little Italy so that you can actually be seated in a reasonable amount of time and have leisure to enjoy your meal.
They used to offer two main broths: pork and chicken. They've changed up their menu a bit, so I'm not sure if they still offer the chicken-broth ramen.
For dinner-goers, they can get pretty unique izakaya items along with great the ramen experience.
