  • I happened upon Mountain View as they were one of the few clinics that take our insurance. I've seen Dr. Bauer a few times (well woman check-up) and to investigate a breast lump. I was incredibly thankful that Dr. Bauer listened to my concerns and immediately referred me for a diagnostic mammogram and ultrasound. Thankfully both of those tests came back okay... and Dr. Bauer personally called me on a Friday evening to share the results with me. She did also suggest another follow-up though to be certain. Because my mom had her gp and radiologist both say her lump was nothing, when it was actually breast cancer, I am especially grateful that Dr. Bauer took my concerns seriously and didn't suggest to just wait and see as my mom's doctors did. The only reason I gave four stars rather than five is that, like another reviewer, my results from my well woman's exam (which were all normal) were not shared over the phone. I had to schedule a second appointment to receive the all clear results, which meant another morning off work and another office visit copay. Other than that, I really like the care, concern, and kindness shown by everyone at this office.
