  • I come here regularly as this is a convenient location and priced well. All of the staff seem friendly and will say "hi" or ask how I am. I do not like the wait times, especially when you make an appointment. It's one thing to wait a few minutes for someone to finish up, but over 30 minutes is not okay. Also, I have had to learn which nail techs know how to work with me as I've had two nail techs file my skin around my nails, cut my cuticles where they bleed, and do a poor job painting my nails where there are immediate bubbles that cause the gel to lift within days. As long as I get my preferred nail tech, everything is great. Just hope they work on the idea that set appointment should take priority.
