| - We have lived in our apartment here at the Pavilions for 5 years. We have had a wonderful experience until the new manager took over a month ago. Shelly, the previous manager was phenomenal and very appreciated. This new manager is dismissive, rude, over loaded, and very unprofessional.
At the end of last summer, the complex put a new air conditioning unit over our apartment. It is great in it's cooling capabilities. Unfortunately it now buzzes, and vibrates the entire apartment. This summer it is so loud, you can hear it over the TV. This new manager is telling us that is normal. Had we not lived in this same unit for five years, she might have gotten away with that....excuse. Instead of sending someone over, or trying to find a solution, she has given us nothing but excuses.
We asked for the number for corporate and she even neglected to be able to provide that to us. She handed my partner a card and told him to "find it on the website."
We pay a lot of money for this apartment, higher than most in our neighborhood. We have loved living here, but that is quickly ending. Their lack of customer service, and laissez-faire attitude is disconcerting for the amount of rent we pay every month.
We will unfortunately be looking to leave this complex if they can not fix their front office, bring back a service oriented manager, and fix their mistake with the air conditioning unit. I would recommend staying away from this place until they know how to run a good community!
