  • I have had the worst experience with the Banfield Pet Hospital on Mayo Blvd. Dr. Beres is a very unprofessional man and I do not understand how someone telling me "I would rather have this argument with you, than me having to show you your dog dead on my table," is a respectable person. Being that I worked for PetSmart at the time you would think they would be a little kinder. After all of this I still decided to give Banfield a second chance, going to a different location. The old town Scottsdale location has great staff, it was just unfortunate how the awful service at the Mayo location now affected my service at this new location. I have spoken with the manager at the Mayo location and the client advocate team several times. It is ridiculous that a company so large won't help me cancel my optimum wellness plan without having to pay a cancellation fee. It was their screw up and all I get is an update on my account notes and the possibility of a call back.
