I was overcharged $76 at the Mission location (the charge should have been for eyewear $14, not tanning lotion $90). I was told they could not do a refund through the machine and that their Head Office would have to refund me the following business day. It has been 10 days since that happened and I have got nothing but the run around. Isabelle Anderson, the manger at the time said she would get me a cheque and call me - never did. Amy Edwards the new manager said she would call Moneris and call me - never did. In fact, no one has ever called me, I have had to continually call and ask what's happening, I'm pretty sure Amy is now avoiding my calls. IT'S THEFT!
