  • Stay far away. I went in for a simple haircut that came out disastrous. I had been to the salon before once, but the girl I went to wasn't there the Saturday I wanted to come in. So I agreed to see another girl. I showed her pictures of myself in past haircuts from my regular person in Los Angeles. I also saw a picture on the wall that was similar to what I wanted. She should have gotten the idea. First, there was no hot water in the salon, so my hair was washed with cold water. Then the girl started cutting. I had let me hair grow out so it could be cut and layered properly. I wanted neck length with some layering. She cut quite a bit off, and when she was done, it looked ok from the front-not great but ok, and not really what I was striving for. She did not give me a mirror to look at the back, and I didn't think to ask ( my fault but the damage was done). When I returned home much later that evening, I looked at the back. I couldn't believe what I saw. I was shocked. There was a big circular chunk of hair down closer to the hair line missing. It looked like a 3 year old took a pair of preschool scissors, pulled a chunk of hair out and just cut close to the scalp. There is a 2" circular gap in my hair cut. It is horrible and will take months to grow out. I am embarrassed to go out in public. I called a few days later to talk to an owner. I was told by Lisa the owners weren't there and she asked to take a message. I asked when they will be in. She would not tell me and finally told me she was an owner (she lied?). Now she is very rude and states she cannot talk to me. I ask when can she. We finally settle on her calling the next day. I have yet to hear from her. There are literally hundreds of salons in the Vegas/Henderson area. Do yourself a favor and pick any one but this one.
