| - Where do I start... let's start a year ago at the beginning of my journey to a breast lift/reduction after kids.
Went in for a consultation with Dr.Borsand by a few recommendations, walking in the waiting room is inviting, clean and modern.
Tanya and Elivia at the front are absolutely sweet and made me feel comfortable because I was nervous! Michelle took me back and she's amazingly nice! Tried on some boobs, sounds funny lol, and decided we would do a lift reduction and add a small implant. Went into the payment and scheduling coordinators office, Ellie, she's amazing also, and she new I wanted to be healed by summer due to our vacation so she got me in in a week. We paid cash and she helped me pick implants, went with the memory gel high profile 225cc( started with a not full 34E) fast forward a week and I went in for surgery, all of the staff at the surgery center were amazing and the anesthesiologist was really good as well. Woke up, not in any pain but thought holy! They are huge swelling etc.. we went under the muscle I need to add. This was on a Thursday. Over the weekend I wasn't feeling to well and called the office and Dr.Philpot who I'd never met was on call and it was already kind of later in the evening so we agreed to meet at office Sunday morning . He was there with his wife Megan who made me feel so comfortable and eased my anxiety big time! So now fast forward 3-4 months and my implants still haven't dropped and I was in pain daily, so I went in to see what Dr.Borsand could do. He said take them out and place them over the muscle .. my husband wasn't really comfortable with him doing it just because of the 4 months of I felt so Ellie came in and said Dr. Philpot could take a look and maybe do it so he came in extremely professional but not to where it makes you uncomfortable , and so knowledgeable it was insane .. I need to add there is like a 40 year age difference between the doctors, ok not 40 but a big one. He made me so comfortable with the procedure and understood where I was coming from plus he's one of those doctors that's always learning and knowing all of the new ways that are better. So I scheduled with him. Day of surgery we noticed my left breast was bigger then the right noticeably and so I went for a 350 and 325cc implant. Woke up from surgery in a lot of pain but my body is stupid snd was like hey lady, you just did this to me!
Needless to say I'm a anomaly! Anything that could happen did, I recovered very slow and felt like a pain in the ass every time I called, texted or messaged let me say that Dr.P and his wife Megan were simply amazing! Didn't make me feel like I was being ridiculous and came to the office at night and weekends to check me out and help me recover. That was in September and I couldn't be more happy with my end result !! I'm not any smaller, but I have yet to wear a bra, never have I been able to go bra less and they look and feel natural! I can wear tops and dresses I couldn't before. I'm now friends with the entire staff from going so much and Megan Philpot is a real person, she really cares about patients and so does the doctor! I go to him for my dysport now too and I would recommend him highly to anyone wanting anything done! He's up on all the new and correct ways and way ahead of the curve . The guy is smart I'll say that to! Very honest and will tell you his opinion which a lot of doctors don't. Love that! Love the staff, the doctor and my new and improved boobs!! Thank you love you all!! See you guys soon! lol the first four pictures are after my first surgery before my experience with the best surgeon ever and the last ones are in the last couple months and one I was even laying down flat
